Vehicle Livery / Mega Bus Rear Advertising Campaign / 2008
Nottingham City Transport (NCT) operates approximately 320 buses across the Greater Nottingham conurbation and beyond. Bus patronage on the NCT network has been rising annually and was over 50 million in the year 2007/8.
My brief from NCT was to produce a themed campaign designed to attract even more motorists onto the bus network through the use of advertising on the bus rears. The campaign was applied across buses on 20 key routes and emphasis was on localness with a core message running through all 20 designs. The underlying purpose of the campaign was to remind motorists what the benefits of traveling with NCT are, why they should use the bus instead of the car and where the bus goes.
The campaign was live in Nottinghamshire through 2008 - 2009.
